Leonardo González is a researcher in the Cyber Security and Safety team. He is currently enrolled in a doctoral program on automation, control and robotics engineering at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). He received the B.Eng. degree in electronic engineering from the Simón Bolívar University, Venezuela. His main area of research in the team is focused in the automotive industry, specifically in the safety and security analysis for autonomous vehicles and intelligent transportation systems. Before joining Tecnalia Leonardo worked for two years developing embedded systems for military applications, performing different tasks, from hardware design to software implementation.
