Idoya del Río
Idoya del Rio is Research Engineer at TECNALIA since 1996. She is part of the Cybersecurity and Safety group. She has participated in several European projects related to security, web infrastructures, embedded systems and networks heterogeneity, such as OPENCOSS (Open Platform for EvolutioNary Certification of Safety-critical Systems), nSHIELD (new Embedded System Architecture for multi-layer dependable solutions), COSSIM (Novel, Comprehensible, Ultra-Fast, Security-Aware CPS Simulator). She has also taken part in industrial projects related to security such as Whitezone (creates a zone in an industrial setting (compatible with physical security procedures) free of malware, restricting the access only to secured software maintaining identification and traceability within the monitored zones, defined as white zones). She has Computer Science Bachelor degree by University of Deusto and a Master degree in Software Engineer by University of Deusto.
